Tradesmen use battery powered tools to be free from the requirement to find power on the job – so they need the batteries for their tools charged, ready and on the van.
Why not turn the van into a charging station with made to measure battery cradles which fit together and, mounted on a lining panel on the inside of the van, keep the batteries charging all the while…
Print World 3D designed and 3D printed the prototype battery cradles and the linking shapes for testing.
